Please read the terms and conditions set out below prior to ordering. When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions are a legal requirement intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of goods, but we hope that if you have any problems or questions relating to our products or service you will get in touch with us so that we can do our utmost to assist. Doing so will not affect your legal rights.


When you have placed your order and completed the payment you will receive an order confirmation and a receipt for your payment. The date on the order confirmation will be deemed the date of purchase.

If you place your order before 12.30pm Monday to Friday your order will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after 12.30pm will be dispatched the next working day. This excludes bank holidays and shop holidays.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided when you place your order is correct as we cannot accept liability for goods sent to an incorrect address.

Please note that orders are not dispatched until full payment has been made.


Orders over £50 will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Courier and will require a signature on delivery. If you ask for the parcel to be left 'in the porch', 'in the garage' etc we cannot accept responsibility if it goes missing.


We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if you decide you would like to return or exchange a product please contact us to let us know your intention to return the item within 14 working days of receiving the item. This notification period is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. 

Although Distance Selling Regulations states that this 14 day cooling off period does not appy to business customers we extend the 14 day cooling off period to all our customers.


Please include your name, address, telephone number and whether you want a refund or exchange. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item but not the cost of returning it or postage in sending it to you.

If you are returning goods, pack them carefully to prevent damage. You can send them recorded delivery to make sure they arrive, or obtain a certificate of posting. You need to return goods without delay and within 14 days after the day you informed us you were cancelling.  Please return the goods to the following address:-
