How to Fit Bag Feet

Usually a bag requiring bag feet will have stiffening at the base between the outer fabric and the lining.
Mark where you are going to insert the prongs of the bag feet (do the marking on the inside - just in case you make a mistake).

Use a seam ripper to gently pierce and make a slit for the prongs.
From the underside push the prongs of the feet up through the slits and fold back (outwards) over the stiffening.
If you haven't used stiffening in the bag, cut a square of strong fabric or even cut a piece from the lid of a margerine tub, pierce slits for the prongs to go through and place inside the bag.
